Emerald Properties is a local real estate firm located in Waikoloa, on the Big Island of Hawaii. We are a full service real estate brokerage firm specializing in resort and investment properties, residential, commercial sales and leasing.
We are members of the Kona Board of Realtors, the Hawaii Association of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors. In addition, we are also members of the Hawaii Information Services, the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for the State of Hawaii.
In October, 1990, Emerald Properties opened its first office in Waimea, and has been on the Big Island for the last 17 years with principal broker, Scott E. Carter who is also a licensed general contractor in the State of Hawaii. |
